La Rueda (The Wheel)

This is a group dance where the basic moves will be easily mastered by any salsa dancer. The dance is led by one dancer who calls moves for the others to follow. The opportunity for dancing disasters is almost unmatched, but so is the opportunity for fun. It can look very, very good, but it can also look like a mad woman's knitting. It is usually somewhere in between.
